Event Manager – Unique Event Catering Company

Location:             South London

Salary:                 Up to £40,000

We are excited to be working with a unique event catering company who deliver events in various central London locations and they are looking for an Event Manager to join their team.

Our client is seeking an organised and personable individual from a high-end catering background, with experience in working across Unique Venues of London.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Respond to all customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Attend tastings, venue meetings and site visits
  • Work closely with other department to ensure smooth running of all events
  • Maintaining, building and sustaining relationships with key accounts, venues and suppliers
  • Produce all event administration
  • Full event planning and on the day management
  • Managing client budget and ensure all jobs are quoted correctly

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working for a high-end caterer, across Unique Venues of London
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Pro-active, with lots of initiative and energy
  • Excellent planner, showing good organisation and event coordination skills
  • Smart, presentable, highly professional and with a welcoming personality
