Up to £64,000 + bonus
An independent hospitality group is looking for a General Manager to run a well-established, multi-faceted site in London. The business combines several revenue streams under one roof, so this suits someone who enjoys variety and can stay on top of detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
The role:
- Take full ownership of the day-to-day operation
- Lead and develop a multi-layered management team
- Set clear targets and ensure each department is delivering
- Manage rotas, staffing levels and costs in line with budget
- Maintain strong standards across service, product and environment
- Work closely with senior leadership on performance and direction
- Oversee training, structure and consistency across the team
- Ensure compliance across all operational and safety requirements
- Drive revenue across all areas of the business
The person:
- Experienced General Manager
- Background in busy, multi-revenue stream environments
- Commercially aware with a solid handle on costs and performance
- Hands-on leader who builds structure and accountability
- Organised and calm under pressure
- Comfortable managing different moving parts at once
