Restaurant Manager – Luxury Resort | St. Lucia, Caribbean
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join a luxury resort in St. Lucia. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a world-class setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain luxury service standards
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance to drive efficiency and morale
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a cohesive F&B experience
- Monitor costs, inventory, and revenue performance while maximizing profitability
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a hotel or standalone upscale restaurant
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials and operations
- Familiarity with luxury service standards is highly desirable
- Candidates from St. Lucia or the OECS region are strongly preferred
Package:
- Salary: USD $20,000 – $25,000 per annum
