We’re partnering with a UK Top 100 law firm renowned for its ability to match leading City practices in private client expertise. Their Oxford-based Trusts, Estates & Tax team is a standout department, and they are now seeking a skilled solicitor to join their expanding practice.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to advise high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on complex and rewarding matters, including:
- Cross-border estate planning
- Mental capacity and Court of Protection issues
- Agricultural and literary assets
- Succession planning and tax-efficient structuring
You’ll be joining a collegiate team comprising dual-qualified solicitors and chartered tax advisers, offering a depth of expertise and a collaborative environment in which to thrive.
