Position: Residential Property Solicitor

Salary: £58,000-£65,000 (dependent on experience)

A well-regarded firm in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing team. This is a senior-level role offering autonomy, a high-quality caseload, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the department’s development.
Reporting directly to the Head of Department, you’ll handle a broad range of residential property matters for a loyal and expanding client base across Oxfordshire and the Southeast. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and strong internal resources, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent client service.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property law
- Proven ability to manage files independently and efficiently
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
- Desire to contribute to team growth and build local client relationships
