Pensions Lawyer Associate to Managing Associate – Bristol
A top 100 law firm is expanding its pensions practice and looking for a talented pensions lawyer to join their dynamic, fast-growing team. With a client base spanning elite trustees, major corporates, and public sector bodies (including LGPS and central government), this is a chance to work on high-impact matters with multi-billion-pound implications.
The Role
- Advising on a broad mix of trustee, corporate, and public sector pensions work
- Translating complex pensions law into clear, practical advice
- Collaborating with a high-performing corporate team on strategic projects
- Supporting business development and contributing to team growth
- Managing your own caseload with strong financial and commercial awareness
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with pensions experience from a recognised team
- Ideally 2-10 years PQE (but open to all levels)
- Strong client focus and commercial acumen
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous development
