The corporate practice is widely recognised for its expertise in M&A and restructuring transactions, typically valued between £3m and £30m, with the capability to advise on both smaller and larger projects across the UK and internationally. Clients range from owner-managed businesses through to large corporates, with instructions generated from a long-established network of referrals, recommendations, and professional contacts.
