Property Associate / Senior Associate – Cardiff (Hybrid)

A well-established law firm in Cardiff is seeking a talented Property Associate or Senior Associate (circa 4+ PQE) to join its dynamic property team. This is a full-time role offering a mix of development and transactional work across public and private sectors, with flexible working options available.

The Role
You’ll advise a broad client base including developers, landowners, housing associations, funders, and local authorities on:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Secured lending for development and investment
  • Mixed-use, commercial, and residential schemes
  • Public sector property transactions

Candidate Requirements:

  • Around 4 years PQE in property law
  • Strong technical expertise and demonstrated experience of managing a busy caseload
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
