The London office of this highly regarded regional law firm is looking to recruit a genuine corporate/commercial all-rounder to work closely with one of the firm’s key partners.
The recruiting partner has built a diverse client base of owner managed businesses to large multinationals by making himself an indispensable “trusted advisor”; as adept at handling an M&A or PE deal, or corporate reorg, as he is at drafting commercial contracts and providing commercial advice.
As such, he is looking for someone with first class client facing skills who enjoys getting stuck into both commercial work as well as corporate deals.
