This is a standout venue with real character, recently refreshed and ready to welcome guests old and new. As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience, supporting the General Manager, and helping to lead a passionate and friendly team.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience as a Deputy or Assistant Manager in a high-quality pub, hotel, or restaurant environment
- Strong leadership skills and a hands-on, guest-focused approach
- A warm, engaging personality and the ability to motivate and inspire others
- A drive to progress into a General Manager role in the future
