Role: Corporate Insurance Lawyer
Location: London
Salary: From £170,000

Insurance, M&A, and capital markets are converging-this is your chance to be at the forefront. A tier-one global law firm is seeking a Corporate Insurance Associate (6+ months’ PQE) to advise on high-profile international and domestic M&A, joint ventures, corporate advisory, and innovative insurance-linked securities (ILS) transactions.

This is more than a corporate role. You’ll work on CAT bonds, equity and debt capital markets (High Yield and investment grade), and structured finance transactions across the UK, US, and Europe. Partnering with major insurers, financial institutions, and investors, you’ll navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional challenges that are reshaping the insurance and financial sectors.

Ideal candidates will have ECM and DCM experience, with exposure to high-yield debt transactions and stock exchange listings (London/New York). If you’re looking to develop your expertise in M&A, joint ventures, and corporate insurance while working alongside market-leading partners, this is an opportunity to elevate your career at a firm that values ambition and innovation.
