A highly regarded national law firm in Glasgow is looking for an experienced Banking Solicitor to work across the full transaction lifecycle. This role offers exposure to high-profile finance deals, drafting and negotiating LMA and non-LMA facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements.

Description

  • Advising clients on all mainstream forms of finance transactions.
  • Drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents (LMA and non-LMA).
  • Structuring and negotiating intercreditor arrangements.
  • Managing conditions precedent processes and ensuring smooth deal completion.
  • Supporting live lending transactions and providing strategic legal advice.

Profile

  • A solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE in banking and finance.
  • Experienced in drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements.
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to advise clients on complex lending structures.
  • A strong communicator, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Offer
