Dispute Resolution Solicitor
A long established in the heart of Stafford is looking to recruit an NQ Solicitor to join their Commercial Litigation Department.
This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor to work alongside a partner and be involved in an extremely varied caseload which can encompass:
- Agency disputes
- Banking disputes
- Breach of contract
- Construction agreements and disputes
- Distribution agreements agency and licencing agreements
- Insolvency
- Partnership agreements and disputes
- Professional negligence
- Shareholder disputes
- Share purchase agreements and disputes
- Warranty claims
You will be able to demonstrate experience in general commercial litigation and be looking to expand on your experience with training and supervision.
