Description

  • Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies to build brand awareness
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise promotional plans
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and market trends to inform marketing initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with retailers to maximize brand visibility
  • Coordinate with design agencies to create impactful in-store materials
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with the brand’s identity and values
  • Participate in cross-functional projects within the marketing department

Profile

A successful Shopper Marketing Executive should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a marketing role within the FMCG industry or working agency-side
  • Excellent understanding of shopper marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data
  • Outstanding relationship building skills with retailers and agencies
