Senior Head Baker
London – Full time
Salary: up to £50,000
We are working with one of the fastest growing grab and go bakery brands in the UK. The business is set to triple in size over the next two years and has just entered its next phase of growth.
They are now looking for a Senior Head Baker to take full ownership of bakery production across bread and viennoiserie and to lead, develop and elevate the bakery team.
This is a senior, hands on role with real influence. You will sit above the current Head Baker, work closely with senior leadership, and play a key role in NPD, people development, and scaling production.
The role requires flexibility. Expect a mix of daytime and late evening shifts.
