Property Litigation Solicitor – Bristol / Cardiff / hybrid
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm in either their Bristol or Cardiff office.
The firm are seeking a technically able and commercially aware solicitor to join their Civil Litigation Division in the Property Litigation team.
You will act mainly for individuals in assessing the prospects of bringing a claim against a neighbouring property owner in trespass, nuisance, breach of covenant etc. The role will largely involve assessing the prospects of a claim succeeding, and pushing forward claims with merits to conclusion be that via negotiation, mediation or trial.
The role involves running a case load in a supportive environment.
You should be an experienced litigation solicitor although previous experience in property litigation is not essential.
This role has the option of being part office working and part remote working or fully remote working.
