Description
As the Production Manager (Evenings) you will be tasked with the following;
- Manage evening production operations to meet output and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
- Monitor and optimise production schedules to improve efficiency.
- Lead and support the evening production team, fostering collaboration and productivity.
- Oversee maintenance of equipment to prevent disruptions in production.
- Implement improvements to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Report production performance and address any challenges promptly.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Job Offer
- £42,000 per annum.
- Evening shift hours: Monday-Thursday, 1.00pm-10.00pm.
- 25 days of holiday leave plus bank holidays (pro rata).
