Job Title: Non-Contentious Construction Associate- 12 month FTC
Salary: £95,000-£125,000
PQE Level:2+ PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Our client, a high quality City law firm, has a small but highly respected non-contentious construction practice and is offering a 12 month FTC.
They tend to work very closely with the commercial real estate team ( no energy/infa work) and work included hotels, development projects for well known public entities, pension and other funds, private real estate companies, banks and UHNWIs.
The successful candidate must have UK non-contentious construction experience gained within a UK law firm which must include the commercial sector.
This is a 12 month FTC and not a permanent role.
Candidates who are not E&W qualified will be considered if they are qualified overseas, however, you must have gained at least 2 years non-contentious construction experience within a UK law firm.
