Overview

This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service or sales professional with strong administration skills, looking to gain exposure to the new homes industry with a well-established organisation.

Your focus will be to maximise sales opportunities through the selling of various products including shared ownership, and outright selling new homes developments to customers.

Please note that this is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Sales Associate include:

  • Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
  • Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
  • Manage sales database and ensure it is kept up to date
  • Making customers details and qualifying their requirements
  • Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
  • Conducting viewings
  • Stock unit maintenance
  • Completing administrative tasks required for properties
  • Selling products and properties to customers mostly via phone and email, but occasionally face to face too

Profile

The successful Sales Associate will:

  • Have strong customer service or sales experience
  • Have knowledge of Shared Ownership (desirable, not essential)
  • First class negotiation skills
  • Experienced in property sales, preferably within new homes (desirable, not essential)
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Confident using computer systems including Microsoft Excel, Teams and In House CRM
  • Customer focused and attention to detail
  • Organisation skills
  • Have strong administrative skills
  • Have a confident telephone manner
  • Be outgoing, enthusiastic and a good team player
