Marketing Coordinator – Luxury Boutique Hotel – Bahrain
(Relocation opportunity for candidates based in Dubai or GCC)
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator with hospitality experience to join our luxury boutique hotel in Bahrain. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role is ideal for a results-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and is passionate about building brand engagement.
Responsibilities
-Maintain a guest-first approach in all interactions with current and prospective clients
-Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising)
-Manage and grow social media accounts: content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring
-Create engaging content to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic
-Oversee website updates and ensure SEO optimization
-Collaborate with internal teams to produce marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, flyers, sales materials)
-Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and growth opportunities
-Monitor and report on marketing KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions) and recommend improvements
-Coordinate and execute events, activations, webinars, and launches
-Build relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure coverage
-Support sales enablement through product sheets, case studies, and presentations
-Stay updated on hospitality marketing trends and emerging digital strategies
Requirements
-Previous marketing experience within hospitality (hotel experience preferred)
-Strong content creation and social media management skills
-Solid understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics
-Ability to relocate to Bahrain
Package & Benefits
-Salary: 3,000 – 3,500 AED per month
-Monthly service charge: approx. 500 AED
-Annual bonus: approx. 5,000 AED
