Description

Provide full operational HR support across a busy manufacturing environment

Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations

Drive effective absence and performance management processes

Partner with operational leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned to business needs

Support line managers in all people-related matters, ensuring best practice is followed

Champion HR policies, processes, and compliance with employment legislation
-
Build strong, credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Deliver pragmatic HR advice in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Profile
-
Proven HR experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment is essential

Strong employment relations knowledge with the ability to handle complex cases confidently
-
A pragmatic, commercial mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills
-
CIPD Level 5 qualified or qualified by experience (QBE)

Able to quickly build trust and credibility with teams and leaders
-
Resilient, solutions-focused, and able to manage competing priorities
