Description

  • Deliver PX support across EMEA, managing cases in ServiceNow to ensure excellent customer experience and SLA compliance.
  • Identify case trends to drive process improvements, support self-service, and streamline workflows.
  • Oversee family leave, flexible working, and benefits processes, coordinating with managers and employees as needed.
  • Lead onboarding and pre-employment checks, ensuring compliance with policies and data protection standards.
  • Maintain accurate records in Workday, and produce employee documentation promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • PX/HR Advisory experience with strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and legal principles across the UK and EMEA.
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Team-oriented approach, collaborating effectively to achieve results and deliver an excellent service within SLAs.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements, with a proactive and curious mindset to understand both the “how” and “why.”
  • Confidence in leading onboarding sessions, creating a positive first impression for new hires.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to prioritize a demanding workload.
  • Expertise in UK right-to-work compliance, along with familiarity with systems like Workday or ServiceNow (preferred).
