We’re recruiting a Head Chef to lead a high-quality, high-volume food operation in South-West London, based within a brand-new, modern site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef from a strong B&I background in Contract Catering who enjoys calm, quality-led service, an open kitchen environment and a strong hospitality focus in South-West London!

- £53,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday Operation

The operation
- Open kitchen restaurant environment.
- Coffee bar on with grab & go offer.
- Full restaurant with a large, elevated salad bar.
- A hot breakfast service with a daily breakfast special rolling into lunch.
- 2–3 main course options available at lunch.
- Capacity for up to 400 covers in a single service and more!
- Upper floor outlet offering additional catering and extensive hospitality services.
The role
- Lead the day-to-day kitchen operation across restaurant, coffee bar and hospitality.
- Menu development to stay on top and competitive with the market.
- Manage and develop a small, skilled kitchen team.
- Maintain excellent food standards, presentation and service flow.
- Oversee ordering, stock control, food costs and compliance.
The Head Chef
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in high-volume Contract Catering.
- Confident leading teams and managing service end-to-end.
- Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
