Overview
Global Medics is looking for an experienced GP interested in working in Australia. The role is based in a family practice located the Central Coast, 1 hour north of Sydney. It is an outer metro region with beautiful beaches and sporting fields. Has a good mix of public and private schools.
* Practice opening hours: Mon to Thu 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
* Practice has a contract with out of hours deputising service and doctors participate in roster. It is not obligatory.
* It has a mixed billing practice.
* Currently they have 3 VR doctors including Practice Principal. They have a practice Manger, 2 nurses, 4 reception staff.
* There is pathology onsite and chemist next door.
Remuneration
* Currently doctors see about 5-6 patients per hour. New doctor can do 15 min appointments until they get used to the system
* 70% Billings on offer
Guaranteed earnings
* $200/hr for 7 hours in a day ($1400) or 70% of billings whichever is greater for the first 12 weeks.
Also on offer:
* $10,000 relocation allowance,
* Accommodation and car provided for the first 4 weeks.
