Overview
We’re recruiting a Food Operations Manager for a dynamic, multi-venue, restaurant and bar business, focused on creating memorable guest and team experiences in London. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role, ideal for Group Executive Chef or Head of Food or Food & Beverage Manager who thrives across multiple sites, loves team development and menu development, enjoys commercial ownership and excels at driving standards, consistency and growth in London!
The role
- Oversee food operations across multiple venues.
- Drive GP, cost control and sales growth.
- Act as key liaison between Head Chefs and General Managers.
- Lead menu development from concept to launch.
- Ensure compliance, food safety and brand standards.
The food
- Seasonal British & European, guest-focused and brand-led.
- Consistent, well-executed menus across all sites.
The offer
- Up to £55,000 salary
- Bonus scheme paid every quarter
- 45 hours per week
- Roughly 6 – 8 evenings per month
- Nightly spend tab across venues
- Paid birthday day off

The Food Operations Manager
- Proven background in multi-site food or hospitality operations.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen (forecasting, GP, pricing).
- Excellent commitment and longevity within previous roles.
