Description
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making.
- Prepare, analyse, and present financial reports to senior stakeholders.
- Develop budgets and forecasts to align with organisational objectives.
- Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities within the leisure, travel, and tourism sector.
- Support cost control initiatives and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Act as a key advisor to management, offering strategic financial guidance.
- Provide detailed variance analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Essestional- fullay Qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience within accounting and finance functions, ideally in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Offer
