To coordinate accurate forecasting data to the business in a timely way leading to business planning objectives being met and a strong stock availability. Collaborating links to business’s customer base. Supporting the commercial team with their aspirations and supporting the Business Planning cycle.

Description
- Calculate and make available to the business with a base level of demand for all accounts and SKU’s with review on a regular basis.
- Monitor customer information systems to refine ongoing forecasts, identify trends and potential problems.
- Liaise with NAM’s and KAM’s to determine distribution or listing changes. Incorporate seasonality trends if they exist.
- Be an integral part of the Business Planning review process by customer account with reviews taking place at the defined frequency.
- Compile and distribute Forecasts to the supply base including Production, Wine makers and freight forwarders
- Ensure TPM in Anaplan for promotions is accurate, sense checked and flowing through to Supply Planning.
- Provide insight and support for the weekly supply planning process
- Form collaborative relationships with customer accounts which you have responsibility taking a lead role in customer reviews.
- Provide cover for other demand planners during periods of absence.
- Responsible for Ensuring the Supply team have clear guidance on new listings, SKU changes, promotional periods, delists and on pack activity.
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with Marketing, Sales, Chile, and customer teams providing category champion insight and support.
- Monitor all promotional activity is nursed from cradle to grave with “in flight” scrutiny and post promotional analysis. Ensure this is recorded for future reference within Anaplan.
- Produce analysis, reporting and management information.
- Provide open feedback and challenge to the sales team and customer on their promotional forecast accuracy and forecast predictions ongoing.
- Cover essential supply related tasks for the Supply planner during periods of absence.
- Provide cover for Bottler Telecons and attend weekly meetings with GBC.
- Update & Track departmental KPI’s and hit defined targets.
