The Customer Service Administrator will form an integral part of a dedicated customer service team in the Manufacturing sector, based in Rochester. A large part of this role entails inputting customer orders onto system and dealing with customers via email and telephone.

Description
The key responsibilities:
- Inputting a high number of customer orders on a daily basis, onto the system
- General reception duties
- Managing customer enquires and emails
- Liaising with transport companies for deliveries
- Greeting visitors
Profile
A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator or Customer Services Administrator
- A welcoming, friendly and engaging disposition, and approaches their work with a positive and professional outlook
- Previous data / sales order input experience
- Good working knowledge of office and administrative procedures and systems
- Some experience of working on Reception will be a benefit
- Experience in a customer service led environment
- A high level of personal presentation and appearance
- Act with initiative and happy to work in a hands-on environment
Job Offer
- An annual salary in the range of £26,000 – £28,000
- A supportive and positive workplace culture
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- Permanent position
