  • Execute and develop CRM strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty.
  • Manage customer communication across various digital platforms.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance customer experience.
  • Coordinate with the digital team to optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Contribute to the overall digital strategy.
  • Support in the development of the customer journey strategy.

Profile

A successful CRM Executive should have:
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data.
  • Experience in email marketing and customer segmentation.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations.
  • Ability to commute to their Solihull offices 3 days a week
